Sleep Theory in San Diego

Sleep Theory takes over the House of Blues in San Diego

Sleep Theory

Sleep Theory hit the House of Blues in San Diego with a set that completely lived up to the hype. From the second they kicked off with the set, the energy in the room was unreal. It was the kind of show where you can actually feel the crowd connecting with every lyric. Cullen Moore’s vocals sounded insane live, switching from soft and emotional to full-on powerhouse in seconds.

They performed hits like “Fallout” and “Stuck in My Head”, both song hitting just right with the mix of heavy riffs and catchy lyrics they’re known for. You could tell the whole band was locked in, having fun, and feeding off the crowd’s energy the entire time.

Midway through the set, they surprised everyone with a cover of NSYNC’s “Bye Bye Bye,” and honestly, it was a highlight. They managed to turn a nostalgic pop hit into something that totally fit their vibe. It was heavier, grittier, but still fun. It gave such a unique twist to the hit. The crowd lost it, and was singing every single word at the top of their lungs.

Closing

Not to mention the openers they brought with them ‘The Pretty Wild’, ‘Oxymorrons’, and ‘Mourning Eve’, absolutely killed it. They knew just how to get the crowd amped up for Sleep Theory. They all brought their own unqiue styles to the tour which elevated it even more!

By the end of the night, it felt less like a concert and more like a moment. One of those shows that reminds you why live music hits different. Sleep Theory’s definitely on their way up, and San Diego got to witness it firsthand.
