Rap superstar Dave East in Ottawa makes a stop in the nation’s capital on his first-ever Canadian tour for a night of good fortunes. Joining him on tour is one of Canada’s hardest-working rappers Peter Jackson.
Some of Ottawa’s locals made sure to set the vibes for the night and get the crowd ready for the main event.
Peter Jackson
If you don’t know who Peter Jackson is, now is the time to get familiar with him. This man does it all, not only is he a rapper he also books some of the BIGGEST shows across Canada. This time he brings New York’s own Dave East through, and boy did this show not disappoint.
Peter hits the stage and it’s nothing but big vibes. His beats are nothing but bangers that make you get up and move. Peter is all energy and gives it 100 on stage, he gets up close to people and gets them involved, and shows some love. Peter Jackson puts on one hell of a show, if you missed out, I have some great news for you. He will be on two more massive shows later this year, Friday, October 4th he will give direct support to Legendary rappers Nelly and T.I. in Saint Johns, New Brunswick, and on October 8th direct support to Nelly and Sean Kingston in Peterborough Ontario.
Dave East
Up next, the man of the hour Dave East! There was so much hype and excitement in the lineup leading up to doors being open. A lot of people singing some songs and getting hyped up for the night. So, by the time he hit the stage, the crowd was ready, and when he came out the fireworks began!
When Dave steps out everyone erupts, and the party begins. Dave has that cool swagger to him, very chill and all smiles. Making his way back and forth across the stage Dave brings the show right up to you. He makes sure his fans are included as much as possible, giving high fives and taking moments to stop and sing with the crowd. A Dave East show is all positive vibes, he has a great presence, and he even can’t resist and loves to jam out and dance. Pumping out hit after hit the man keeps the energy on high the entire night. Playing all his bangers like Hustlers, still here, and my favorite Perfect.
It’s safe to say that his first Canadian run was a success, and we can not wait to see him again.
