HARDY in Chula Vista

HARDY came out swinging for the kickoff of his Jim Bob World Tour in Chula Vista, California, and he brought the chaos with him. North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre turned into a full-blown backwoods blowout as HARDY fully leaned into his rowdy alter ego, Jim Bob, giving fans a wild and unforgettable night. The stage was built to look like Jim Bob’s actual house—beat-up porch, and junk in the yard. It looked like a redneck sitcom set, and it was perfect.

HARDY

Right out the gate, HARDY took the stage opening with “K!LL SH!T T!LL I D!E” which got the crowd fully amped up ready for what was to come. Flames shot up, and smoke filled the air. HARDY’s setlist was a perfect mix of new and old, all delivered with gritty vocals and full-band intensity. Songs like “SOLD OUT” and “KILL SH!T TILL I DIE” hit especially hard live, sounding like southern rock anthems. But he also made space for his country roots—“wait in the truck” was haunting and powerful under moody lighting, and “GIVE HEAVEN SOME HELL” had the whole crowd singing along, crying like it was gospel, including myself.

In between songs, he kept the crowd hyped without ever losing momentum. There wasn’t a lot of small talk—just enough to keep the energy high and the crowd engaged. You could tell he was there to play hard and leave it all on stage, and that’s exactly what he did.

The kickoff of HARDY’s tour in Chula Vista was everything fans hoped for and more: explosive, wild, and packed with killer moments. If this first show is any indication, the rest of the tour is going to be a must-see. HARDY is on a roll—and he’s not slowing down anytime soon.

By the end of the night, the venue felt like it had survived a storm, in the best way possible. Fans left sweaty, hoarse, and smiling, buzzing with adrenaline from a show that delivered more than just music. HARDY didn’t just perform in Chula Vista, he made a statement. This tour is built to blow the roof off every stop it hits, and if the kickoff is anything to go by, it’s going to be one hell of a ride.
