We Are Story Tellers

Hardy takes over House of Blues

Friday night, Hardy takes over House of Blues in Anaheim, CA, and sold it out! Hardy is on the rise to becoming one of country music’s biggest artists, grabbing people’s attention with his country sound and rock twist! He’s known for his hit songs like “Wait in the Truck ft. Lainey Wilson”, “Sold Out”, “Give Heaven Some Hell”, and so much more! Hardy won “Songwriter of the Year” at the 2022 BMI Country Music Awards, he’s written hit songs like “God’s Country” performed by Blake Shelton, “Sand in my Boots” performed by Morgan Wallen, and so many more!

Blame My Youth

Opening the night up was an upcoming band by the name of Blame My Youth. They are known for their hard rock sound with hit songs like “Fantastic” and “Dance with my Demons”. Blame My Youth brought the heat and if everyone wasn’t a fan of them before, they are definitely fans now, including myself! During their set the lead singer Sean announced that they had a special guest and that it was their first-ever concert, that fan was actually the drummer Mike’s son! They brought him out on stage and Sean lifted him on his shoulders while the fans chanted his name, it was an incredibly sweet moment to witness! Blame My Youth is definitely a band to check out and watch live! If you want to catch a show, they are doing more dates with Hardy coming up in April!

Jameson Rodgers

Next up is Jameson Rodgers, I personally have been a fan of his music for a while but never had the chance to see him live, let me just say, he did not disappoint! Jameson is known for his hit songs like “Cold Beer Calling My Name ft. Luke Combs”, “Some Girls”, “My Kinda Livin’ ft. Hardy and Hunter Phelps”, “Midnight Daydream”, and more! Throughout his entire set, fans were thoroughly enjoying every moment and singing along to almost every single song! Jameson brought a unique stage presence that had you wanting more and sad when it was over. If you ever get the chance to catch him live, I highly recommend you do so! He’ll be back on the road with Hardy for a few more shows in April.

HARDY

Time for the main event, Hardy. I’ve been a fan of Hardy since before he hit the mainstream, so to say I was excited about this set is an understatement. Let me just say, he did not disappoint! Hardy hit the stage and immediately had everyone on their feet screaming and rocking out with his hit song “Sold Out”.

His stage presence was absolutely insane and jaw-dropping, he knew how to use every inch of the stage which some artists struggle with but Hardy definitely did not. Not to mention his lighting/visuals/effects setup was above and beyond, making the set even more exciting and fun to watch! About halfway through the show, Hardy brought out a special guest that no one was expecting, Yung Gravy! He performed his hit song “Get Money” with Hardy and told the crowd that this was his first time singing at a country concert but it’s safe to say, fans were ecstatic and definitely surprised.
