Jon Pardi takes over Chula Vista

 

Jon Pardi’s “Mr. Saturday Night” tour at the North Island Credit Union Amphitheater in Chula Vista was nothing short of a true country music concert. As I was heading into the venue for the show, you could see fans everywhere in the parking lot having a great time pre-gaming at their cars/trucks with music blaring as they got ready to see Mr. Saturday Night himself, Jon Pardi.

Priscilla Block’s performance opening up for Jon Pardi was a great showcase of her of country and pop sound, getting the audience attention from the moment she took the stage. With her infectious energy and heartfelt storytelling, she performed fan favorites like “Just About Over You” and “My Bar,” connecting with the crowd through relatable lyrics and a genuine stage presence. Overall, Block proved once again why she’s a rising star in the country music scene.

 

Larry Fleet

Larry Fleet’s set was a memorable night of raw emotion and authentic country vibes. With his soulful voice and heartfelt lyrics, Fleet grabbed the audiences attention from the start, delivering insane performances of songs like “Where I Find God” and “Been There, Done That.” His laid-back charm created an intimate atmosphere, allowing fans to connect deeply with each song. Fleet’s passion for his music was genuine, making it clear that he is a rising force in the country music scene.

As the night progressed, Pardi showcased not only his hits but also his newer music. Songs like “Heartache on the Dance Floor” and “Tequila Little Time” were particularly memorable, with the audience singing along to every word. Between songs, Pardi’s humor kept the crowd entertained, creating a genuine connection by taking selfies with fans and giving high fives that made the amphitheater feel like an intimate venue. The grand finale, featuring an explosive performance of “Dirt on My Boots,” had everyone on their feet, celebrating a night of unforgettable music. Overall, Jon Pardi delivered a fantastic performance that had fans sad the night was over.
