Lasso 2026 Lineup Announced for August at Parc Jean Drapeau
Lasso 2026 will take place August 15 and 16 at Parc Jean Drapeau, with Lasso in the City set for August 14 at a downtown Montréal venue. The festival marks its fifth edition and its first move to a full Saturday and Sunday weekend format.
Organizers confirmed that single day tickets go on sale February 20 at 10 a.m., while two day passes are already available at lassomontreal.com.
Headliners and International Acts
The 2026 lineup expands on previously announced headliners Thomas Rhett and Mumford and Sons. Jon Pardi and Old Dominion are also set to perform.
New additions include Koe Wetzel, Turnpike Troubadours, Max McNown, Carly Pearce, Cameron Whitcomb and Chance Peña. Texas artist Koe Wetzel arrives in Montréal following his first number one hit High Road featuring Jessie Murph. A new album is expected in 2026, and this appearance marks his Montréal debut. Turnpike Troubadours will play their first show in Québec as part of Lasso 2026. The Oklahoma band is widely associated with the Red Dirt country movement and is known for its storytelling driven live sets.
Max McNown returns to a city where he has sold out previous performances. Carly Pearce joins the bill following the success of I Hope You Are Happy Now, with new music on the way. Chance Peña, whose track I Am Not Who I Was gained traction across streaming platforms and social media, will also make a Montréal stop as part of his North American run.
More artists are expected to be announced.
Canadian and Québec Artists Featured
Lasso 2026 places a clear focus on Canadian talent. Cameron Whitcomb returns for a second consecutive year. James Barker Band will also perform, alongside Québec based artists Classe Moyenne and Zach Chico.
Additional names include The Band Perry, known for the global hit If I Die Young. Rising singer songwriters Waylon Wyatt, Jonah Kagen and Blake Whiten join the lineup, along with Elizabeth Nichols, Kalsey Kulyk, Laci Kaye Booth and Just Jayne.
Organizers say more local Québécois performers will be added in the coming weeks.
Lasso in the City Returns August 14
The weekend will begin with Lasso in the City on August 14 at a downtown concert venue. Further details about that event are expected soon.
Five Years of Growth
Since launching in 2022, Lasso Montréal has grown into a major stop on Canada’s country music calendar. Hundreds of thousands of fans have attended over the past five years. Previous editions have featured artists such as Luke Bryan, Chris Stapleton, Sheryl Crow, Kane Brown, Sam Hunt, Kelsea Ballerini, Dierks Bentley, Jelly Roll, Brothers Osborne and Eric Church.
The 2026 edition continues that run as the festival enters its fifth year at Parc Jean Drapeau.
